5.1 Fees

You authorize TendaHeart to charge your provided payment method for the subscription fees and any applicable taxes. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.

5.3 Refunds

All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law. If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact our customer service.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

TendaHeart provides its services "as is" and without any warranty or condition, express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TendaHeart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TendaHeart and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the services, or your violation of these Terms.

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in your account settings. Upon termination, you will not be entitled to any refunds.

11.2 Termination by TendaHeart

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct that we determine to be inappropriate or harmful to TendaHeart or its users.

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the services after the posting of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
